Order delivery and monitoring 🚚
The shipment is made after order between 2 to 5 working days.
When you ship your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment.
You can also follow your order in your "my account" space by connecting.
In mainland France, count 5 to 8 working days from the date of dispatch.
In overseas / EU / UK / USA / Canada / Asia / Africa count 10 to 14 working days from the date of dispatch.
Depending on the weight of your jewelry, we favor shipments by bubble envelopes or FSC packages made up of 100%recyclable materials.
Your jewelry will be protected in a brown case flocked by the name of the house, also FSC and recyclable, made in Denmark.
The warranty does not take into account the lack of wear or shocks.
The warranty only concerns the gold veneer of the jewelry. If upon receipt you notice a defect on your part, we will be delighted to give you an exchange at our expense, depending on the availability of our stock or a voucher valid for one year.
If the jewel has a creation defect, which can happen despite our rigorous quality control, we will also offer you a solution and will take the costs of return to our charge.

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen 14 working days from the day of delivery to return the product to the seller for reimbursement, without penalties with the exception of return costs. If this 14 -day period expires normally on a Saturday, a Sunday or a holiday or a holiday, it is extended until the first next working day.
